How it works

Creating your custom keepsake is simple.

Step 1- Send your cards

Pack and send your cherished cards to us by using our pre-paid Royal Mail QR code sent to you by email. You’ll take your securely packaged cards to a participating Royal Mail Drop off location, where the QR code can be scanned and your postage label printed. Please package your cards carefully to protect them during transit. We recommend: placing the cards within a waterproof bag or protective sleeve, using a strong appropriately sized envelope or box, adding a cardboard support to prevent bending, and ensure the package is fully sealed before posting.

Please do not send your cards until you have received confirmation and posting instructions from us.

Step 2- We design & create

We carefully select, arrange, and handcraft your layout with love and attention to every detail.

If you have selected to have a digital mock up of your bespoke design, this will be made before the product is started. Once approval has been received and you are happy with the design, we shall proceed with making your order.

Step 3- Your keepsake

Your unique keepsake is mounted and framed, ready to be treasured for years to come.

Step 4- Delivered to you

We carefully package and deliver your finished keepsake straight to your selected delivery address, ready to enjoy!
