Will I get my original cards back?
The original cards become part of your artwork and cannot usually be returned. If there are significant unused sections, we can return these with your order on request.
Can I approve the design before it is framed?
Yes. You can select the option to have a digital mock up of the design before the physical process of the product begins, or you can select for a surprise option without the digital mock up.
Do you accept returns?
No. Each keepsake is bespoke and made from the customer’s own sentimental cards, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
How long does my order take?
Time of completed product is dependent on product size and delivery options.
How do I send my cards to you?
We email you a prepaid Royal Mail QR code after your order is placed. Simply take your packaged cards to a participating Royal Mail drop-off location—no printer required.
Are my cards insured while they’re with you?
We take great care with every order. Your cards are stored securely throughout the creation process and handled as if they were our own treasured memories.
What types of cards can you preserve?
We can create keepsakes using:

Can I include photographs or other keepsakes?
Yes. Depending on the design, we may be able to incorporate photographs, invitations, handwritten notes or other paper keepsakes. Contact us before ordering if you’re unsure.
Can you create a custom layout?
Absolutely. Every piece is individually designed, so no two keepsakes are ever the same.
What if I don’t have enough cards?
No problem. We can work with just a handful of cards and create a beautiful design that suits the amount you send.
Can I request specific colours or a particular style?
Yes. If you have a preferred colour palette, theme or layout, let us know when ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes. We deliver throughout the UK using tracked postage.
